What Information Is Collected?

This website does not store form submissions. The quote form on the contact page builds a text message on your own device, which you choose to send. If you call or text, Jay receives the details you give him: your name, your phone number and information about the vehicle.

How Is It Used?

Only to quote your vehicle, arrange the pickup and complete the ownership transfer paperwork required to recycle it. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Who Else Sees It?

Vehicle ownership documents are provided to the licensed recycler that receives the vehicle, because that transfer is legally required. Nothing else is shared with third parties.

Cookies And Tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run behavioural tracking. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which will see your browser's request for that map.

Questions Or Removal Requests

Call 604-889-4470 and ask. If you want the contact details you gave Jay deleted after a pickup, say so and they will be removed, apart from paperwork that has to be kept for the vehicle transfer.
